Designed and revamped features for panels & Torob main app, aligning with the behavior of over 30 million users, business requirements, and stakeholder input, validated through user research and testing.
Created new panel and enhanced onboarding, increasing offline shop sign-ups by 81.7%. This resulted in approximately 1290 new users per week and over 941k products.
Shaped product recommendation system for shops, adopted by 13,005 shops within 4 months and utilized 135,454 times.
Designed Ads & campaigns panels, boosting revenue by 45% and its market share by 40% in marketing.
Conducted comprehensive usability tests with 8 shops, performed field research with 12 shops, and interviewed 32 users to gather actionable insights for product improvement.
